2. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies make it possible to store or retrieve information on the device of a person visiting a website. They may be necessary for its operation or used, with consent, to measure and analyse website usage.

3. Technologies used

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. With your consent, it uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-7HGKM9PENC) and Microsoft Clarity (project ymvhgr4a4a) to measure website usage, detect experience problems and improve its pages. Google Ads measurement is enabled only with your specific consent. Requests submitted through the private form are recorded in our CRM, hosted in Supabase, before offering WhatsApp or email contact. Messages prepared for an external application are sent when you confirm them there.

4. Categories and purposes

Necessary: operation, security, language and remembering the privacy choice. Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures pages, acquisition, device and business interactions; Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings with contact and form fields masked. Analytics tags load only after analytics consent. With the separate Google Ads measurement option, we may match click identifiers and contact data transformed using SHA-256 to qualification, bookings and completed services. This measures results; remarketing and advertising personalisation remain disabled. Calls originating from ads may also be measured using Google forwarding numbers, without recording conversations. Links to WhatsApp, telephone or email only open those services when you select them.

5. How to manage consent

The notice offers “Allow all” and “Allow selection”. Categories are preselected, but optional technologies do not load until you confirm with one of the two buttons. Switch the optional categories off and choose “Allow selection” to allow necessary technologies only. “Show details” opens the categories and declared technologies without leaving the page. Statistics and Marketing (advertising measurement) can be selected separately. Your choice is remembered in browser local storage for up to 180 days and can be changed through “Cookie preferences”. Consent Mode initially keeps analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied. Allowing Statistics does not authorise Google Ads. Only specific Marketing consent grants ad_storage and ad_user_data; ad_personalization remains denied.

6. Providers and retention

This website is hosted and delivered through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides Microsoft Clarity. When analytics is accepted, these providers may use measurement identifiers and cookies according to their configuration and applicable retention periods; First Detail has configured GA4 user and event data retention for 14 months. Consented attribution is kept in the browser for up to 90 days unless consent is withdrawn earlier. Contact data used for matching is transmitted over HTTPS and transformed using SHA-256; this does not make it anonymous. Clarity masks the contents of contact and form fields. When you open WhatsApp or your email application, that service’s privacy terms apply.

7. Changes and contact
